6 Expert Tips for Morning Yoga Practice

 Join me for an evening of nourishing self-care to improve the quality of your sleep.

Sunday 14th March, 18:00 - 19:30

We will start the session with breathwork to calm the mind and balance the nervous system. Before moving on to a nourishing restorative yoga flow - holding postures to relax, soothe and release any tension within the body. The session will end with Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep'. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation in which you are required to do nothing but rest.

This is the perfect evening to encourage you to wind down and connect back to yourself.

​

The workshop is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners

​
