CLASSES
VINYASA FLOW
Using the breath to synchronize and link each asana
Vinyasa Flow is a slightly faster flowing style of yoga. There is a creative element, so no two classes will be the same. In Vinyasa Flow there is a greater focus on using the breath to move between postures and create heat within the body.
SLOW FLOW
Move deeper into your practice
With elements of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Slow Flow focuses on holding asanas for a longer period of time to reach the connective tissues improving flexibility and boosting circulation to the joints. This class is perfect for those looking for a more therapeutic practice.
CHAIR YOGA
For seniors and those with less mobility
Chair Yoga is ideal for yogis looking for a very gentle practice. It is a form of yoga therapy that is practiced sitting on, or standing using a chair for extra support. It is also a great way to learn how to inject movement into daily routines for example on long flights and whilst at work.

Yoga to support you in having a positive pregnancy, birth and passage into motherhood.
I offer weekly classes, private 1:1s, workshops and mini retreats to women past 14 weeks of pregnancy.
Whether you are new to yoga or already had a dedicated pre pregnancy practice, yoga has endless benefits for pregnant women.
Benefits include:
-
Time to rest, relax and reconnect - yoga allows you to slow down and take time yourself and baby
-
Meet women on the same journey as you - many special friendships are created at pregnancy yoga classes!
-
Improve sleep - yoga helps to regulate your sleep cycle as it reduces stress and tension
-
Breathwork practice - a powerful tool to help you find a moment of calm when you need it. Plus, the techniques practised in a yoga class can be used during labour
-
Release tension, aches and pains in the body - gentle stretches will help ease tension and create more space for your baby to grow
-
Increase circulation - good circulation is important to deliver oxygen and nutrients to your baby
-
Increase stamina and strength - essential for labour and early motherhood
-
Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles - this will help your body cope with the weight if your growing baby and will help you heal post birth
-
Connect to your baby - yoga allows you to slow down and focus on what is happening in your body.
It is my intention to support and empower women by preparing the body and mind for a positive birthing experience. Exploring breath work, developing body awareness and deepening the connection to both themselves and their baby.
My teaching style is laid back with an emphasis on safe alignment and using the breath to connect postures. My classes are suitable for all abilities and are designed to support you both physically and emotionally on your birthing journey. There is no judgement and no expectations, simply turn up as you are.
We will cover:

PREGNANCY CLASS TESTIMONIALS
''I felt strong, empowered, grounded and present. I loved the gentle flow but with what felt like a good stretch which was supportive and safe to bump and baby. I loved Poppy’s warm, friendly and supportive energy and her guidance into movements.''
''I was able to zone out and start my day in a meaningful way. I found the class the right level of challenge so it was also nice to feel I'd done some sort of morning
workout. I really liked that I felt safe throughout the class. Poppy explained, at all times, how and when to use different props to support me. Additionally, every position, transition and breathing was explained really well and I felt confident and safe throughout the practice. I really enjoyed the class.''
