Yoga to support and empower you on your journey through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood
Join Poppy for an online 6 week pregnancy yoga course.
Take time out to relax, connect with your baby and meet other women on the same journey as you.
The course is suitable for pregnant women past 14 weeks.
We will cover:
Breathing techniques which can be used during labour or at times when you need a moment of calm.
Gentle stretching to ease tension, aches and pains
Poses to build your strength and stamina
Pelvic floor muscle exercises
My teaching style is laid back with an emphasis on safe alignment and using the breath to connect postures. My classes are suitable for all abilities and are designed to support you both physically and emotionally on your birthing journey. There is no judgement and no expectations, simply turn up as you are.
