VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow is a slightly faster flowing style of yoga. There is a creative element, so no two classes will be the same. In Vinyasa Flow there is a greater focus on using the breath to move between postures and create heat within the body.
SLOW FLOW
Move deeper into your practice
With elements of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Slow Flow focuses on holding asanas for a longer period of time to reach the connective tissues improving flexibility and boosting circulation to the joints. This class is perfect for those looking for a more therapeutic practice.
CHAIR YOGA
For seniors and those with less mobility
Chair Yoga is ideal for yogis looking for a very gentle practice. It is a form of yoga therapy that is practiced sitting on, or standing using a chair for extra support. It is also a great way to learn how to inject movement into daily routines for example on long flights and whilst at work.

IN PERSON PRIVATE CLASSES CAN GO AHEAD IN TIER 3, 2 AND 1 AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 3 STUDENTS (MUST BE FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD OR SUPPORT BUBBLE)
PRIVATE TUITION
Get the most out of your yoga practice.
Private yoga classes are the best way to meet individual needs and requirements, as well as gaining extra knowledge, assistance and personalising your practice. Traditionally yoga was taught one-to-one so that the teacher could create a sequence for the student based on their individual needs.
Private classes are great as they enable the teacher to give their full guidance and attention to the student. This can sometimes be difficult in group class settings.

Women who would like a more feminine practice, working with their own natural cycles and rhythms

Women who would like one to one support during their journey to conception (Both naturally and via assisted routes)

Prenatal women who would like to learn birth preparation yoga and breathing techniques – birthing partners are welcome too!

Prenatal women who would like a class tailored to their needs – perhaps to aid a specific ailment eg. PGP or back pain

Postnatal women who would like to introduce their bodies back to exercise, working on strength and mobility

Beginners who would like to learn the foundation of yoga before attending group classes – I have created a 6-class programme which is ideal for beginners

Intermediate and advanced students who would like to deepen their practice

Special occasions such as a birthday or anniversaries
I absolutely love teaching one to one classes! It is always incredible to watch the student’s practice develop and see the positive impact yoga is having on their lives. It always gives me a reminder of why I have gone down the path of becoming a yoga teacher.
Taking the time for a one to one session is an investment for your personal growth, your yoga practice and the health of your body and mind. I recommend a minimum of six sessions one to one, following that I often suggest monthly catch-ups and attendance at a weekly class. Private sessions can go on for much longer, depending on your aim.
Private classes are suitable for individuals, couples or small groups at any level and can take place in the comfort of your own home or at a studio space.
